See it before you build it
We turn your ideas into a realistic visual concept, so you can explore the design and ask for changes before construction begins — and before anything is priced.
Why we do this
Most contractors hand you a line-item estimate and ask you to picture the result. That is where projects go wrong — the wall ends up somewhere you did not expect, the roofline does not sit the way you imagined, and by then it is built.
We produce a realistic rendering of the proposed work first. You can move things, change materials and argue with it while changing it still costs nothing. Only once you like what you are looking at do we price it.
How it works
- We photograph the space — or you send us photographs from your phone.
- We develop the concept — massing, roofline, openings, materials and finishes.
- You review the rendering — and ask for changes, as many rounds as it takes.
- We quote what you approved — the scope matches the picture, so the number means something.
What it costs
For most projects the rendering is part of the consultation. For larger or more complex work we will tell you up front if there is a design fee, and what it is, before any work starts.
Example
A rendering we produced
Proposed enclosure of an existing covered patio — produced for a Boca Raton homeowner before any work was priced.
This is a rendering, not a photograph of a finished build. That is the point of it — you are looking at the proposal, not the result.
Discuss your project
Show me what it could look like
Send a few photographs of the space and describe what you have in mind. We’ll come back to you about producing a rendering of the proposed work.
You do not need drawings or measurements. A few phone photographs and a sentence about what you want is enough for us to start.
Prefer to talk? Call 561-544-7444 — we answer the phone.
Tell us what you have in mind
We’ll look at the property, talk through the options and put a real number on it. No obligation.
