Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms and whole-home remodels handled by one contractor — so the tile, the plumbing and the cabinetry are somebody’s single responsibility.
What we renovate
- Kitchens — cabinetry, stone, appliances, lighting and the structural changes that open a room up.
- Bathrooms — full gut renovations, frameless glass, curbless showers and tile work.
- Flooring and paint — whole-house tile, wood and finish carpentry.
- Interior reconfiguration — removing walls properly, with engineering where the wall is carrying load.
What to expect on cost and timeline
We give you a written scope with real allowances for the items you have not picked yet, so the number you see at the start is the number you are working from — not a placeholder that grows every week. Selections we cannot finalise up front are called out clearly rather than buried.
See it before you commit
For anything that changes the shape of a room, we can produce a rendering first. It is far cheaper to move a wall on screen than after the tile is down.

Questions
What homeowners ask us
For a single bathroom or kitchen, usually yes. For a whole-home remodel it is often faster and cleaner to be out. We are straight with you about which one your project is.
Yes. We set allowances, point you at suppliers we trust, and keep the schedule honest about when each decision has to be made.
We do, under our building contractor license, and we close them out. You should never be asked to pull an owner-builder permit for work a contractor is doing.
Tell us what you have in mind
We’ll look at the property, talk through the options and put a real number on it. No obligation.
