Often a repair is enough, and we will say so. What decides it is the age of the system, the condition of the underlayment, and whether the leak is one failure or the beginning of several. We show you what we found before we quote anything.
It frequently does. Florida carriers apply wind-mitigation credits for roof age, deck attachment and secondary water barrier. We document the work so your inspector can certify it.
Most single-family re-roofs run one to two weeks on site, weather permitting. Tile takes longer than shingle. We give you the schedule before we start, not after.
